This Customer Magnet comes in the form of a promotional pop-up and PDF coupon, hosted on Brickland’s website.

Brickland is a family owned neighborhood eatery located in East Sacramento. The restaurant serves New American and Afghan cuisines. The menu rotates seasonally, boasting unique pasta dishes, house made soups and weekly specials made with in season, fresh ingredients.

An email capture pop-up displayed anytime anyone opens the website and it explains that site visitors can receive a FREE Saffron Chai drink, once they join the email list.

After submitting their email address, visitors are prompted to check their email for the coupon. The email marketing software is automated to send out an email with the coupon to new subscribers immediately.

This Customer Resource comes in the form of a PDF coupon and requires some website customizing to set up the pop-up and automation.

Now that customers have joined the email list, and received their coupon, they can be contacted with further business updates and offers, which increases they likelihood they’ll become customers in the future.
