Email Welcome Campaign
A series of emails sent to new site visitors after they join your email list. The intent of the campaign is to build a relationship with potential buyers and turn them into repeat customers.
It includes a lead magnet, which you will offer for free in exchange for site visitors’ email, and a series of emails that inform the reader about your business, your mission and your products/services.
The reader is initially hooked with a custom social ad, written and designed by me, which will traffic them to their free lead magnet. With the lead magnet and welcome emails, the readers will be introduced to your business, what you offer and be opted in for future emails which will allow you to advertise your future business offers and updates.

Social Ad: The funnel begins with an ad on social media, this ad begins on instagram, prompting potential customers to join the email list in exchange for a free gift. In this case, the free gift is a free cup of Saffron Chai. This offer insures the customer that they will be provided with something of value to them when they provide us with their email address, which we can later use to market our goods and services to them.

Welcome Email #1 - Introduction and Coupon: This email is the first contact for new subscribers who sign up on our landing page. They receive a coupon for a free drink, featuring our house favorite, Saffron Chai. The email delivers the coupon while engaging the reader by showcasing the benefits of the Saffron Chai, encouraging them to enhance their morning routine. It also promotes further exploration of our menu and reservations. This email aims to create excitement, establish a connection, and drive traffic to the restaurant.

Landing Page and Lead Magnet: This landing page is designed to convert visitors from our social media ads into subscribers. After clicking the link, users are prompted to enter their email address to receive a free cup of our signature Saffron Chai. The page emphasizes the unique flavor of the chai while encouraging sign-ups for exclusive offers and updates. The straightforward layout and engaging call-to-action effectively guide users toward claiming their free gift, enhancing their connection to our brand.

Welcome Email #2 - Rewards Program Introduction: This email introduces our rewards program, designed to deepen our relationship with customers. By joining, subscribers can earn points for every visit, unlocking exclusive benefits and offers. We highlight the value of being part of our community and how the program enhances their dining experience. The email also provides an easy option to make a reservation, encouraging subscribers to visit us soon. This initiative fosters loyalty and ensures our customers feel connected to our restaurant.

We highlight testimonials that reflect our commitment to quality food, excellent service, and a warm atmosphere. By sharing these reviews, we aim to reinforce trust and encourage new visitors to join our community. This initiative highlights our strengths and enhances our reputation as a favored dining destination.

Welcome Email #4: Introduce an Offer: This email offers subscribers an exclusive coupon for a complimentary dessert, designed to entice them to visit our restaurant. By providing this special offer, we aim to encourage customers to dine with us, experience our hospitality, and indulge in our delicious treats. The email also includes a call to action to make a reservation, ensuring subscribers have an easy way to enjoy their free dessert and a memorable dining experience.

Welcome Email #5: Create Urgency: This final email in our sequence creates urgency by reminding subscribers that their exclusive offer expires in the next 24 hours. We emphasize the limited-time nature of the offer, encouraging immediate action to avoid missing out. The email highlights the benefits of redeeming the offer and invites customers to make a reservation right away. Following this email, they will receive regularly scheduled marketing emails.
