Email Welcome Campaign
A series of emails sent to new site visitors after they join your email list. The intent of the campaign is to build a relationship with potential buyers and turn them into repeat customers.
It includes a lead magnet, which you will offer for free in exchange for site visitors’ email, and a series of emails that inform the reader about your business, your mission and your products/services.
The reader is initially hooked with a custom social ad, written and designed by me, which will traffic them to their free lead magnet. With the lead magnet and welcome emails, the readers will be introduced to your business, what you offer and be opted in for future emails which will allow you to advertise your future business offers and updates.

Social Ad: The funnel begins with an ad on social media, this ad begins on Facebook, prompting potential customers to take a quiz. Prospects who are interested in living a zero waste lifestyle, will take the quiz and be given advice on how to begin. In exchange for their quiz results, they will provide us with their email address, which we can later use to market our goods and services to them.

I developed a landing page for PackageFreeShop that prompts visitors to take a quiz assessing their habits and guiding them toward a zero-waste lifestyle. Users are encouraged to enter their email in exchange for quiz results, which recommend eco-friendly products available on PackageFreeShop.com. This approach personalizes the shopping experience and drives conversions through targeted product recommendations.

This page of the quiz asks the customer for their name. Capturing their name allows for personalized marketing messaging down the line.

The quiz begins with a question designed to get to know the site visitor's level of eco-consciousness.

The quiz continues with another question designed to get to know the site visitors preferences. It asks them about their conservation goals.

The quiz asks a question designed to match customers with products that directly correlate with their interests and needs.

The next quiz question serves the purpose of narrowing down what's most important to the site visitor in order to match them with their ideal products.

Another question designed to narrow down what's most important to the site visitor, in order to suggest products that will benefit their lifestyle the most.

The final question prompts the customer to name an appliance that has the highest significance to them, further helping to pinpoint which products they are most likely to benefit from.

After completing the quiz, customers receive personalized product recommendations based on their responses. This email provides a summary of their quiz results and introduces eco-friendly products tailored to their sustainability interests.

This email educates customers on how to replace everyday essentials with more sustainable alternatives. It highlights specific products from PackageFreeShop that can be swapped into their routine, encouraging a zero-waste lifestyle.

Featuring testimonials from satisfied customers, this email builds trust and credibility by showcasing positive experiences with the recommended products. It aims to reinforce the value and effectiveness of the sustainable swaps offered.

This educational email dives deeper into the environmental issues caused by waste. It provides valuable information on how waste affects the planet and encourages customers to take action by choosing sustainable alternatives.

The final email in the sequence offers a coupon code as a reward for engaging with the campaign. This email drives conversions by giving customers an incentive to make a purchase, reinforcing the benefits of going zero waste.
